James Lockhart manager of Lockhart Management Group has worked extensively with Brian Fulton, now Manager of Top Hat Commercial Real Estate in Tampa Florida, over the last few years to get the property located in Loxahatchee Groves entitled for self storage. Lockhart Storage Centers is excited to announce the construction of an approximately 100,000 square foot Class A self storage facility on Southern Boulevard in Loxahatchee Groves Florida. Lockhart Management Group, the manager of the development, anticipates the completion of the building will be in the third quarter of 2022.
