Located near Tampa, FL, McCabe consists of 80 acres of unimproved farmland. We are rezoning the land to
multi-family with waterfront amenities. We extended closing on the land until mid November. We also have multiple offers to purchase the land and are expecting
to go under contract in the very near future. We also
expect to sell this land by Q1 2023.
